“There are many podcasts covering the concept of wellness and the attendant subjects/topics which comprise its philosophy. In my opinion, this recent entry into the wellness sphere is very good and offers considerable promise for future episodes. The host is personable and informative, covering a wide spectrum of approaches which include dietary, mental health, exercise and more. There is also a refreshing emphasis on individual needs rather than the more didactic “one size fits all” way of thinking which can sometimes be found with purveyors of wellness lifestyles. I’m definitely looking forward to listening to more episodes in the future.
Just an update…I was a fan from the start but I have to comment about the scope and range of content. This is so far from a one dimensional wellness podcast…Paige has cast a much wider net into behavior, attitude and other areas usually not covered. With this type of expansive overview and attitude, it makes what was already a very good podcast even better. Can’t recommend it enough.”
