Good content
I just discovered this podcast and I love the content. However, I found myself getting distracted by excessive use of filler speech, especially “like” and “kind of.” It would be better to not say anything at all rather than say “like.” A tiny pause mid-sentence may feel uncomfortable for the speaker, but they are good for the listener.

Declaration of bias: I personally know the host. That being said, this is genuinely a really well thought out podcast covering many topics that would be of interest to anyone who cares about their well-being. If you like knowledge, health and food you will like this podcast.
