“I love listening to your podcast Maggie! Thank you for bringing real, raw and very big issues to our tables and giving us practical, achievable and genuine advice on how to tackle parenting in this day and age.
I’m a mum of 4 ~ 3 boys and 1 girl ~ the daily challenges are HARD and seem ENDLESS, but listening to you uplifts me and makes me feel like I’m actually doing ok after all 🙌🏻
I’d love for you to address a big issue I have currently ~ that is how do you best parent children when one is a very high achiever (excels at everything, has an inner determination that rivals most and is completely self-motivated) AND her older brother is basically NOT?! He is laid back, has limited confidence and very little drive to excel at anything. She out-does him in everything and I’m really worried about the impacts on him. She is very reflective ~ feels a bit guilty about out-doing him (argh!) but I encourage her to keep being amazing, because she is so capable and thrives on being challenged.
I need help with how to best boost them BOTH up! Help?!
