“The first two episodes are creepy! And these kinds of stories are why, as a female trail runner, I always carry mace and a knife. I definitely run into some real creeps in the woods, even some who have followed/chased me (luckily I can navigate woods well and run pretty fast when needed). Keep your heads on a swivel and your earbuds out when you’re in the woods!!”
