“This show is a ton of fun to listen to. There are a ton of really cool two player RPGs out there, as well as hacks for games originally intended for more players. Jeff picks out the cream of the crop and shows them off with gusto.
The show highlights the kind of storytelling you can do with just two people at the table. There's never a moment when the player doesn't get to shine because it's just the two of you. There are the kind of pulpy adventure stories you'd expect from a "normal" game with several players, but also unique experiences that dig into the kind of intimate experience you can have when you're having a deep conversation with someone one-on-one.
