Amateurs do gaming proud
An excellent example of amateur, unfocused tabletop gaming. The long-suffering but game GM herds a crowd of drunken fools through (after the first season) original adventures. Easily distinguished from your average drunk D&D by the audio quality (Thanks Rory!), the easy chemistry of the players, the specific lack of sociopathy or infighting, and a game DM who's willing to grab whatever the players latch onto and run with it. They're no professionals and the dick-and-fart jokes are frequent, but definitely a fun listen. Edit: the addition of Vanessa, the Savage Roll side gig, and rotating GM duties keep this podcast worthwhile and growing.Read full review »

In fact, I used to hate D&D because my buddy used to play constantly. Even though I have no D&D background, I really enjoy this show so far. These guys have great chemistry. It makes me almost want to play D&D...almost.
