A very chill game
Sure, there's plenty of comedy D&D games. In fact, it's hard to even make a top ten of non-comedy D&D games. Can you think of ten? I can't. Maybe like 3? Anyway, Party Roll succeeds for me because it's not only a comedy show, but it is very unconcerned with things that drag down other comedy games, like a focus on the rules, or letting episodes go too long. It's like that 80s B-movie you remember from your childhood. It's really not that good, but that's part of the point.Read full review »

In fact, I used to hate D&D because my buddy used to play constantly. Even though I have no D&D background, I really enjoy this show so far. These guys have great chemistry. It makes me almost want to play D&D...almost.
