This is exactly what I was looking for. An educational, research-based podcast that has no “camp” but rather is interested in what brings about elite levels of performance. Side conversations about personal life kept to minimum. Explorations into topics are maximum. Great job gentlemen!

Good content. I enjoy the show. Please fix the audio though one of you is very very hard to hear and the other is loud. Turn the volume up and it becomes almost unbearable to listen as the audio gets clipped when the other person talks. Hoping you can get this sorted...
