The most important podcast any mumma will listen to!
I can’t even put into words how life changing this podcast is and there are only 3 episodes so far! I thought my PNDA was being looked after well between my GP and psychologist, boy was I wrong. This has just made me realise that yes I was getting help but I could be getting better help, and I should seek that better help. This podcast is a monumental leap forward in breaking the stigma surrounding PNDA and helping all mums realise there is most definitely help available and you deserve that help!

I just love the purpose behind this podcast- so many mothers (and fathers) struggle with mental illness in pregnancy and postpartum. To hear the stories of others will help break down stigma and reduce feelings of guilt and loneliness. Well done Rebecca!
