Thank you Bec for creating this space for so many women to share their stories and also for practitioners to have an insight into the depths of the perinatal journey. You are helping so many women knowing they are not alone in this ❤️

What an important podcast and what a lovely, healing, warm tone it uses to get its message across, and create space for the lovely mums it centres. As the intro says, “know that you’re not alone”. Essential listening for those who are thinking of having kids, have kids, or know and love new parents.

This podcast is exactly what I needed to hear as a new mum and as a now mum of two. Real mums being real about the realities of motherhood. A true community.

Rebecca is amazing and I am so grateful for her podcast. She reminds me that I’m not alone in my perinatal/postpartum mental health struggles. She reminds me that I don’t need to feel ashamed for having these struggles. This podcast is so validating as someone who struggled with anxiety and OCD...Read full review »

This has just made me realise that yes I was getting help but I could be getting better help, and I...Read full review »

This podcast is everything I needed when I was in the depths of postpartum depression, and even now that I’m in a better place, I can’t even begin to explain how thankful I am for it. This is a must listen for all Mummas! Even just to know that whatever challenges they are experiencing, they are...Read full review »

This is one of the most important podcasts to be released this year. It is absolutely crucial for the topics of mental illness throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum (and beyond) to be destigmatised and brought into the spotlight and Rebecca has done this stunningly. She speaks so vulnerably and...Read full review »

I just love the purpose behind this podcast- so many mothers (and fathers) struggle with mental illness in pregnancy and postpartum. To hear the stories of others will help break down stigma and reduce feelings of guilt and loneliness. Well done Rebecca!

Love everything thing about this podcast. It’s shedding light surrounding the very well hidden but alarmingly high statistics of mental ill health around pregnancy, birth and post partumn. Us women do not have to suffer in silence or hide from fear of being judged or deemed ‘bad mothers’. These...Read full review »
