Dysregulation happens to all of us from time to time, it’s inevitable. Whether you are autistic, neurodiverse, or neurotypical, life isn’t about ensuring that everything runs smoothly; it’s about knowing how to recover from those times when we are feeling dysregulated.   This week, I share a story of how dysregulation occurs in my life, particularly in relation to being autistic, as well as all the things I do to take care of myself when I feel this way.
