So important for anyone with a period!
I read Period Power this time a year ago & my connection to my body and hormones has changed SO MUCH- I’m super grateful for Maisie for this content and helping people find their power and live in more awareness of the ebbs and flows of our cycles. I am so much more kind and nurturing to myself throughout the month, and now know when to rest and when to push myself and put myself out there with confidence. I also recognize how much power we have during ovulation!!! I’m able to share my new understanding with my partner so they are able to better understand my undulating mood and energy levels throughout the month. THANK YOU

As someone who has never really got to grips with my cycle, after 30 years of having one. The Period Power Podcast is really interesting and insightful. The science behind it all in the first episode makes perfect sense. Looking forward to more from Maisie and this podcast series.
