This episode, I zoomed with James Cant, founder of JCF Coaching. James was a pro bodybuilder and studied medical science at uni before he became a successful coach. He uses the information on the nervous system for his program which he estimated to be 10 years ahead of other ‘mediocre’ programs currently available in the health and fitness industry. As an entrepreneur, it's always good to be at a peak in our physical and mental health if we want to have a successful business.
