No stupid gimmicks or annoying adverts, just well-researched, well written and structured discussion, interviews and coverage of a range of topics in physics, from fusion reactors to the Fermi paradox (where are all the aliens?). Have thoroughly enjoyed listening.

This has quickly become my favorite podcast. The host’s expertise is physics, including the physics of climate change, and the podcasts on those topic are interesting and revelatory to a lay person. But equally illuminating are episodes on other topics, including finance, economics and sociology....Read full review »

Physical Attraction is a truly thoughtul and thought provoking show. The ideas discussed here aren't what you normally get on the internet, or sadly in the news. Clearly these ideas have been ruminated on for a while before being brought forth. Truly interesting topics from alien life to UBI....Read full review »

A superb, wide-ranging physics and wider sciences podcast. Informative, well researched and scripted, and sometimes geekishly tongue in cheek. A budding science communicator cutting his teeth, and doing an excellent job of it. Congratulations and Thankyou.

Many science podcasts are seriously overproduced. They have multiple hosts and feel the need to jazz things up as if they are afraid they're about to lose all their listeners any second if they concentrate on the science. The result is too many jokes, sound effects and banter. Physical...Read full review »

This is a fun show that is also educational, or is it the other way around? In any case, the host is very engaging, with plenty of self-depracating humor that makes for a charming way to present physics. If you are looking for deepening your understanding of physics, this is your show!

I really love the concept of combining geeky pickup lines as a jumping off point for discussions of physics. This is a great show for nerdy folks like me. Looking forward to future episodes.
SMHeasley via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 07/10/17
Interesting gimmick - can physics + chat-up lines = entertainment? On the basis of the first episode, yes. Narrator needs to slow down in places but good to find a physics podcast niche
