Description
Tony Gentilcore has done a few things in our industry. He’s a prolific writer, traveled the globe to speak, and was one of the co-founders of Cressey Sports Performance and worked there as a coach from 2007-2015. And his newest venture includes opening The Core Collective, where his goal is to bring trainers, coaches and physical therapists all under one roof to help better serve their clients and athletes. In this show, Tony and I talk about the power of consistent training, how his philosophy has changed over the years, and why after years of reluctance, he finally decided to become a gym owner. We had a few technical difficulties throughout the show, so apologies because the audio is a bit suspect. We did our best to clean it up and I hope you still enjoy the show!   Now my clients are more self-selecting…they know what they’re getting when they come to me. – Tony Gentilcore   This Week on the Physical Prep Podcast: A brief intro and what’s new with Tony.
