Dr. Jennifer Allen is a board-certified Family Physician who graduated from Oceania University of Medicine in 2012 and completed residency training at Mercy Hospital St. Louis in 2015. Prior to becoming a physician, she was a family nurse practitioner. Kimberly Lowe, BSN received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2015. With over 15 years of experience, she has practiced in a wide variety of settings.
Four years ago, Dr. Allen and Kimberly Lowe discovered that they both had a vision for creating a clinic experience with an upbeat, joyful atmosphere that would bring in the latest in unique medical treatments. So they created their Infusion Lounge where they offer integrative medicine services that encompass diet and lifestyle medicine.
Their clinics today are recognized as the most refreshing medical offices in their part of Missouri, offering services in regenerative medicine, FDA-approved non-medicinal pain management treatments, bio-identical hormone optimization, anti-aging skincare, body sculpting, and other med-spa services.
In today’s interview, Jennifer and Kimberly describe what an Infusion Center is, and how they built their network of clinics over the past 4 years. They provide insights for other clinicians thinking about venturing into the world of medical and spa-like services outside of the traditional high-volume, insurance-driven medical-industrial complex.
