I think I’ve saved about 50% of the the podcasts because the info and discussions are inspiring and interesting. Great podcast. Only downside are the ads, but it’s a fair trade for the great content.

I agree about the ums and uhs. Podcasts should be smooth yet energetic to match the content.

I thought I was being hypercritical when I initially contemplated writing a review mentioning the severe need for brevity, but after reading the comments, I see it’s not just me. If it’s not a digression, it’s the hour and a half (obviously exaggerating) lead into the point. That is how it feels...Read full review »

I really want to listen to this podcast but I’m having trouble getting past all the “ums” and “uhs” 😣

Horrible sound quality but even if I’m could suffer through it the material was trash. They dint talk about what the description says, they just pat themselves on the back and talk about what wonderful things they have done.”I know I know I know” “I trained him, I trained him I trained him”

Horrible sound quality. Was excited to listen.

There’s a lot of really good information that can help our population avoid this obesity epidemic. This is also a great podcast for personal trainer out there, that is looking for growth, information, and from others perspectives. The audio is pretty bad, but in my opinion, The information and...Read full review »

Content is great but the sound quality is very poor. I got through a couple of episodes ok but the last one i listened to was impossible

I generally like Layne Norton. He's straightforward, in your face, but he knows his stuff. He always brings this science. Some of the episodes are a bit long with rambling but you can always skip. Unfortunately, the sound quality on most (or too many) episodes is horrible. I couldn't even...Read full review »

I listen to a ton of podcasts and heard Dr Norton as a guest on a couple. His ideas were interesting to me and so I decided to check out his show. However when I came to Physique Science Radio I was disappointed because while there’s nuggets of helpful advice and wisdom, the audio quality is...Read full review »

I’m super bummed because I love listening to the educational topics this podcast has. But the audio is TERRIBLE. In order to hear the person being interviewed, you need to basically max the volume.. But as soon as one of the interviewers speaks... RIP eardrums

The poor audio quality makes the show a hard listen. Layne sounds like he is in a cave the and the co-host sounds like a female robot.

I love all the content Layne puts out; always very real, educational and science based. Only complaint would be that I wish the episodes would be released more frequently, but I understand that it's hard to keep up with all the social media platforms these days. The episode with Dr Kori is the best I've heard. I've been in and out of recovery for bulimia and binge eating for the last 15 years and I think there needs to be more psychological-based forums on athletic pursuits like this. It has turned into a self-promotional platform for layne and his guests, limited information actually presented now. Hopefully it gets back to its educational mandate in the future

I was very excited to start listening this podcast. But from 60-90 minutes of show, Almost 30 are publicity and Ranting. The Hard content is really good. This podcast is great, every episode you are taking away a lot of great information. Dr. Layne Norton does a great job of explaining principles and ideas and not making them hard to understand. In addition Sohee is a great addition to the show and brings a unique perspective.
