“This one really came out of nowhere for me. I already listen to a lot of American politics shows, so I thought I had hit saturation point for them, and considering that the premise of this one was that it's a pressure-release valve for the things Chas can't fit into his TV show, that didn't seem so promising. But somehow it has very quickly become the show I most look forward to. Dr Dave, who very amusingly is in near-open contempt of the show, is probably my favourite pundit, and Chas' (pretty unhealthy) research obsession frequently delivers information gold that I don't get anywhere else. I even appreciate Chas' quirky libertarian perspective, which differs from my own but furnishes my feed with some welcome ideological diversity. The fact that the show is unsanctioned by the ABC and seemingly always on the verge of collapse is also part of its charm.”Read full review »
