This conversation is with Dr. Pamela Fergusson, a registered dietitian with a PhD in nutrition who has over 15 years of experience in everything from research to teaching, as well as public health and clinical practice. Dr. Fergusson has worked as a dietitian internationally in Europe, Africa, and Asia and for organizations such as Unicef and the World Food Program. She is also an accomplished runner and speed walker.
