C.L. and Ellen are on a hiatus and that makes me sad. Together their knowledge of all things that grow is amazing. If one doesn’t know something the other one does. They are totally relatable and smart as all get out! Come back, ladies!

This podcast always teaches me something. I just wish the episodes were longer. I’ve listened to all episodes multiple times and especially love hearing about foraging and seed collecting. I’d love to hear more on those subjects as well as more on design and curb appeal. Thanks so much for the...Read full review »

I listen to a few plant podcasts and this one's my favorite. CL and Ellen have great rapport and they keep the show interesting with brief segments instead of spending the whole episode on one plant. They also manage to explain things well, so each episode has something for beginners AND for...Read full review »

Knowledgeable, funny, and full of accessible ideas and suggestions. I love puttering around the house in the winter and dreaming about the garden with them. I learn so much every time I listen. Dare I say it’s relaxing? I don’t know a lot about, but I’m learning thanks to C.L. & Ellen.

This is such a fun podcast for gardeners and chefs of all levels. I enjoy it quite a bit and the only constructive criticism I have is the audio quaility could be a little better. Not too bad, but lots of plosives in the mics. Otherwise, love, love love!

Ellen Zachos and C.L. Fornari are very knowledgeable about plants and how to grow them, along with how to find them in the wild and eat them. This is a great podcast about plant foraging and the quirky world of plant growing. I listen to it on my walk, and it makes the treadmill bearable.

The hosts play off each other so well, coming from different angles on familiar garden topics. They often disagree (in a good way) and you’ll always come away with at least a few great plant tips, facts or recipes to try yourself! Their “What’s for Dinner?” feature always makes me very hungry.
