I’ve listened to a few different horticulture podcasts, but this one is the best I’ve found. So informative and down-to-earth ;-)

I am a Certified Arborist and landscape professional and am always looking to learn more about the industry. Plants Grow Here is an excellent learning source for seasoned veterans or beginner gardeners. The topics are diverse, Daniel leads fantastic discussions, and the audio quality is top notch.
