Perfect timing!!
I had started to get frustrated. I saw myself as a campfire type of acoustic guitar player with nothing to do with playing specific notes on the fretboard. I had to give in to my teacher and there is no looking back. I just know the basic Pentatonic, Dorian, etc. I did not love to practice until I started to form my own patterns. Correct me if I am wrong but when figured out that the root for the E Dorian, is on the 9th fret of the G string, I realized the millions of possibilities that makes each player their own
