5 stars for sure! Lee is a fantastic teacher and motivator. Let’s face it, learning to play the guitar can be humbling on its best day and super frustrating on its worst. Lee leaves you feeling like there is hope - even for a guy who, at 49 years old, often wondered if he would ever figure this...Read full review »

I have been going through your podcast catalog, in January of 2023 I listened to episode 39. Episode 39 was a game changer for my guitar playing. I came into the year as an intermediate player and now I can hold my own with other players without thinking to hard. I want to thank you for opening...Read full review »

Everything about this podcast is good. The content is great and actually helpful, he’s not just teasing you trying to sell his lessons. (He does mention his lessons but he gives a lot of it away). The recording is good, his voice and tempo are good, and he really actually seems to care about...Read full review »

Lee is very genuine and really cares about teaching guitar not just showing off his own skills. He really understands and shows us the roadblocks we all experience and how to get through them and move on to play this fretboard puzzle. Valuable? YES!

Great podcast geared more toward intermediate to advanced gitarists, but with enough content variety to entertain & educate begineers too. Also useful & entertaining for non-players who just love guitar - enhances your listening. I don't catch every podcast but I listen to most.Read full review »

what i like about this show is it isn’t geared towards beginners only. a beginner can definitely listen and learn, but there is generally takeaways every week for an advanced guitarist to cut his or her teeth on. great job, keep up the good work.

I’ve been playing by ear for years. I needed to learn the language so I could communicate with other musicians. I’ve started playing with musicians who are classically trained and found it difficult to communicate what I was playing and this has been a god send. Thank you.

He distills guitar gold from his years of experience. Lee isn’t just giving tips and techniques, but a wholistic approach that empowers the student to manage their own progress.
