This podcast changed my life
I picked up the guitar a little over a year ago as a new hobby to help cope with the stress of COVID. Not long after, I randomly stumbled upon Lee’s podcast, which turned a simple hobby into a cathartic passion. Lee’s podcast and overall approach to teaching guitar is informed, structured, fun, not intimidating, nor snobby. I joined Lee’s academy a few months after starting to listen to his podcast, and the quality of my playing has sky rocketed. I’ve since recorded an album at home, played open mics, and received countless compliments from friends, family, and strangers about my progress. If you’re looking to improve your guitar playing regardless of skill level, give this podcast a listen…you won’t regret it.

I’ve been playing by ear for years. I needed to learn the language so I could communicate with other musicians. I’ve started playing with musicians who are classically trained and found it difficult to communicate what I was playing and this has been a god send. Thank you.

I have been playing guitar on and off for years and Lee meets you where you are! His lessons are clear and concise and I appreciate, not only his organization but, the supplemental resources he offers through his blog!
