My first attempt at Fan Fic
I am really impressed with Harry Potter and the methods of rationality - definitely not what I was expecting from fan fic. In my mind I had a very negative vibe associated with it, like I would only find badly written garbage. But it wasn't like that at all, it was well edited and exactly like reading any other published book. The only weird thing is that for a story with the word rationality in it I would have expected a less absurd tale but alas it was enjoyable. The story was well written and very intriguing, so much so that I managed to finish it in under two weeks. I thought the audio production was decent, and I am glad I found this now, after the podcast has completed (I don't think I would be patient enough to wait for weekly instalments). Although I think he mentioned an epilogue that may still come so that's one thing to look forward to. Also the sound effects used in the podcast were absolutely hilarious... I recommend this to Harry Potter fans who are also statistics/science/economics nerds!Read full review »

Fantásticamente divertido por no hablar de lo instructivo que es. Remiendo leer primero el texto. En inglés!

The book itself, “Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality”, is an absolute must-read. It is both hilarious, and incredibly...Read full review »
