i just found this podcast and have loved it ever since. ive been able to fall asleep a lot faster! very underrated podcast, the host does well at speaking softly and slow enough to allow my brain to begin to shut off— hope there are more episodes soon 🚂💤🫶

I had trouble falling asleep so I searched “sleep” into Apple Podcast and found this podcast! I didn’t think that it would help me fall asleep but it really does! I usually will fall asleep in the first 10 minutes of the podcast! I would definitely recommend this to others.
