“When I first heard that Escape Artists were going to launch PodCastle I was dubious. I'm more of a scifi guy and fantasy just isn't my bag. Plus, some of the fantasy stories that made it on to Escape Pod turned me off. I just wasn't all that excited about PodCastle. Until I heard the first story, that is.
