Perfect companion to a beloved show!
Hi guys – long(ish) time listener, first time reviewer. It took me a while to gather up both the courage and free time to sing the praises you deserve, but here I am! I discovered Podigious in August 2015, and have been rewatching Digimon along with it ever since. I love how the show sheds light on WHY certain things in Digimon resonated with us as kids (or didn't); along with making my own notes on the source material, I find myself taking notes of the hosts' comments on what makes the story and characters tick, many of which are nuggets of wisdom I could incorporate into my own creative works. True to its “critically nostalgic” tagline, it encourages critical thinking, but it's also refreshingly casual fan-friendly in the way it provides reference material for more obscure characters and settings (even non-Digimon stuff, which is a huge relief to me with my embarrassingly narrow pool of interests!) And besides that, it's such FUN listening; the hosts playfully ribbing each other (and the corny dub lines) is an absolute joy. Thanks for a great thing to look forward to on Mondays. I can't wait to take on the D-Reaper with you guys! Katherine (@Kathfarsis on twitter)Read full review »

I've been listening to them as I watch the show, and the obserations they make are really entertaining and thought provoking. Brightens my day when I have to go on long drives or do the dishes at work.Read full review »
