Today's episode was inspired by a question from Matthew Moore about easy wins for recording at home, and focused on how to manage echo and vocal reflection. This includes fun techniques such as building a fort as a grown up, hiring someone to hold blankets for you, and not podcasting in the bath. As well as thinking about Chris in his pants.

Our question this week from Louise Harnby asked whether or not we should put audio only podcasts onto YouTube! There are advantages and disadvantages to doing this both for your Podcast and for your Youtube channel, so we discuss all the pro's and con's. As well as talk about the easiest ways to do this, and what to watch out for!

The best way to save yourself time when editing is to improve your recording quality. Saving yourself the need to edit out background noises, echoes and annoying microphone noises. Our question this week came from Victor who asked for tips on getting better recordings. In this episode we talk about: microphone technique, recording spaces, sound proofing, editing techniques for noise, annoying notifications, vocal ticks, and that annoying tutting noise.
