We start winning by boosting and maximizing our confidence by making sure we can always perform our best. Two years ago I decided I want to learn what it takes to become a great athlete. I went all in and moved to a foreign country to train with the best, got myself a team of mental and physical coaches, and started taking care of my nutrition, sleep, and how I treat my body.
