Thoughtful and mind opening interviews
that complement Whetstone magazine perfectly. Fascinating interviews that gracefully point out just how much food is political and also bound up with identity. Perfect listening for when you want to slow down and learn something new. Stephen is an excellent interviewer who gives the talented guests room to shine and make their points.

Good show with interesting stories. However, the host needs to go. Not necessarily because he is a bad journalist, but his monotone voice makes the audience feel sleepy, uninterested. A good host needs an inviting voice and he is just not it.
