“This podcast is a guilty pleasure. During the day I "adult"; in the evenings I'm actively hunting the elusive Hitmonchan, the lone pocket monster, to complete the North American pokedex.
Nar and Salt, twin brothers, who drink and get their nerd fix by entertaining fellow Go players, have found a permanent place in my Podcasts list.
Here are a few reasons I love them: 1. I've been able to understand the IV calculations in order to be a better gym battler; 2. Help with strategies for leveling up; 3. They interact with listeners. A few weeks ago I sent them a goldeen with zero IVs and it actually made the podcast discussion; 4. They kept this podcast fresh even when Go was really losing steam, before Niantic pumped life into it with events.
My only question- if one twin lives in Texas and the other in Florida- how do you pull this off each week?”Read full review »
