I’m a huge fan of this show. Gareth and Trisha address many technical and non technical aspects of playing poker. They explain things very well and enjoyable to listen to during my daily workouts. Keep up the great work!!

After listening to this podcast, I am finally able to take bad beats with a smile. I can slowly and surely let go of losing poker sessions short term. Keep up the great work!

I've been listening to this podcast for a year or more. Sometimes I listen at 1.5 speed because there is a lot of discussion about general things in their lives, then there are some gems that you can take to the bank. I was listening to Episode 55 in the shower. I had it at 1.5 speed and...Read full review »

It took so little by for them to stop wanging in about the whether before any poker chat happened. Then they blathered on aimlessly about poker generalities, and now I’m really bored.

I like the guess and analysis on why Daniel N cared about the hockey game. It's not self sabotage, it's not that he was broken down from the day before; it's obviously that he is Canadian and hockey is religion up there.Read full review »

I think the concept behind this podcast is pretty good and the idea of combining a good mathematically biased poker coach allied to mindfulness awareness content is excellent. However I am afraid I just can’t put up with the sanctimonious, self promoting and arrogant mindfulness “coach” anymore....Read full review »

Great listen! I’ve only recently comes across the podcast so I’ve been catching up from the start of 2018 episodes. The mixture of discussions on contemporary poker issues as well as mindfulness really works well. I’m looking forward to the new releases soon, but for now I’ve got plenty of...Read full review »

This is the only poker podcast I'm aware of that combines technical skills and mindset skills. Every podcast provides a new concept in one of these two areas. I have recommended to all my poker friends. Thanks Gareth and Tricia!Read full review »

Fantastic stuff. I’m already a big fan of Dr Tricia, but Gareth James is growing on me as I listen to each episode!! They’re both well informed, fun to listen to, and they have awesome guests on the show. They’ve earned themselves 5 stars and a subscription from me.

This is a great podcast for those serious in learning both the mental game of poker and solid MTT strategy. Both Dr. Cardner and Gareth James are very responsive to their listeners and always make themselves available to answer any questions.

First part on dealing with downswings is a little basic. Second half on mindset strong. I love Dr. Trisha's info! Very solid effort, easy to listen to.Read full review »

Wow. Listening to "Poker on the Mind," after having listened to the Poker Mindset Advantage podcast for so long, I feel like I've graduated. Don't get me wrong, I've enjoyed PMA and learned many valuable lessons from the interviews. But the structure of "Poker on the Mind" creates an...Read full review »

I love a poker podcast that offers real insights in a short amount of time and this one definitely does that. The hosts are very skilled at breaking down complex topics and give tips that can be put to immediate use. Keep them coming!
