“You guys sound snobbish when you're trying to pronounce last names. I know there are poker players from all over the world with last names that are not familiar but the manner in which you guys (mostly Matt) make somewhat snarky remarks when you're faced with saying an unusual name is a bit rude and feels unprepared.
I thought about this for a while before writing this review and also listen to a few other podcasts. They don't have the same awkward/snarky/joke tone when saying people's names.
Maybe do a few minutes of prep work before the show so you know, as best as possible, how to pronounce last names of players you'll be discussing.
