“When listening to this you get a deep insight into political thinking and processes. You really get a feel for politics being a game. Ed and George are still in the politics mindset even though they are not politicians and for me that makes this makes for both uncomfortable and essential listening. They seem superficially likeable, but many years of politics has left them with an unnerving ability to trivialise the greatest challenges of our time. Compared to Alastair and Rory, this podcast feels more inside politics and lacks true empathy for the people and problems they discuss.”
