As a family therapist myself, I enjoy diving into the topics they cover in this podcast. While at times the information presented can get a little bit stale, there are some great ideas and insights every now and then. I tried listening to the bad therapy episodes, but was disappointed in how the hosts approached the topics - it came off a little egotistical and over the top. I’ll update my rating as I listen more.
