Awesome Topic, sometimes not very scientifically researched
I love that there is this nerdy podcast on polyvagal theory and I apprecheate deeply your courage to get out with it! In some episodes I got bored by all the assumptions that you two discussed, some others are very inspiring. Most of the time I find it really hard to understand Justin acoustically. As a non native speaker I ask you kindly to speak a bit more slowly and (if possible) try not to bring the tone of your voice so deep that it looses the hights. Thank you for your work and your courage and joy in exploring this important topic in public! <3
