Great, accessible and kind intro to polyvagal theory
Polyvagal theory has clicked for me and I am really grateful to have stumbled upon this podcast and Justin’s website. As I learn more about the theory, I don’t always agree with Mercedes’ and Justin’s “takes,” but I am nevertheless grateful for their passion, curiosity and open discussion. Thanks for being so accessible guys.

Initially I liked this show but after a while it became very repetitive and predictable. The host has a manner which initially puts you at ease but as some of the less pleasant aspects of his personality emerged (particularly in the 'bad therapy' episodes) I found myself quite disturbed...Read full review »

Jason does a great job of explaining Polyvagal theory in relation to many circumstances and populations. I highly recommend it and have many times.
