Hoping it improves
I’m also a trauma therapist and was interested in learning more about how others use and think about Polyvagal Theory. The information can be good but becomes dry pretty fast. I, unfortunately, find the hosts unlikable and a bit egotistical. I will probably continue to listen in the hopes it improves.

Dangerously misinformed. The host makes some broad claims about mental illnesses, some of which could be dangerous to people who may need a level of structural or clinical support.
