The ads are getting very long
I get it, NPR is bleeding money and needs the ad sales. But the length of ads at the beginning is just comically long at this point. It feels like an ad show with some pop culture shows tucked towards the end

I have to say that this is my favorite podcast, after Fresh Air, which one could argue is a radio show and not truly a podcast. In either event this is a show worth listening to, funny and insightful, what more could you ask for?

Have to join in with those who are not a fan of the Culturetopia shift. I also listen to NPR: Books and NPR: Pop Culture, so I didn't need the additional "arts coverage". I don't like knowing that there are movie reviews and articles that I am missing because they didn't get...Read full review »
