Loved It! #371
I completely enjoy listening to Mastin explain the human body, mind and how they are wired amidst many factors like trauma, neurodivergents, physiological circumstances and more… I most enjoyed episode #371 at 39:00 about the hyper vigilance that comes from someone who is neurodevirgent with trauma. This was a bit of an aha moment for me. I too would love to hear Mastin speak more on his experiences and understanding of ADD and the nuances and even trauma it brings for many of us trying to claim our purpose. I too understand the difficulty that doing this may bring him but I’m not giving up hope. Mastin’s understanding of the many modalities out there and how he presents this is also something I find makes a great deal of sense and another reason I enjoy listening to him. First time ever reviewing a podcast! Next I may take a class 😉

Goodness. I think I listened to part of a live event recorded as a podcast. Quality of sound not great, but worse, the language was incredibly jarring. Swearing seemed gratuitous and detracted from the content, which might have been good. I’m not normally offended by language like this- it really...Read full review »
