“Yeah, the narrator’s voice is too breathy, her voice seems unnaturally low pitch. She produces a kind of velvety voice, yes sounding like some kind of sex worker.
The narrative is written for a junior-high school or high school level. If this is your intention, then you have created a covert feminist education intended for slavering male teenagers. Well done (if that was your effort).
Otherwise, the story is pitched in a kind of breathy over-modulated voice. Loosen up and sound like a real person.”
