Diana's Bio: Diana Rickman is an Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Re-imprinting practitioner. With over 15 years experience of using and sharing EFT she has helped clear 1000's of upsetting or traumatic memories, beliefs and negative feelings. She's a co-author of 'The book of Inspiration for Women by Women' leads a free community group on Facebook, creates a show for local radio and a podcast available on iTunes and runs a successful practice from her home town in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. Diana's curious about emotional strength. In fact she's on a mission to explore and share how we create and nurture our own emotional strength and what it means to each of us. In 2015 she founded the media and education venture Your Emotionally Strong Life to inspire, coach and support. Through her podcast Soul Centred Entrepreneur Diana embraces the Hero's journey and she hosts health, wellness and mindset entrepreneurs who share their genuine stories and strategies to help you move onfrom trauma, adversity or illness and create a life you love. Diana's passion is helping men who want to be a supportive and emotionally strong partner or husband. Sothey can have the loving, joyful relationship they desire and never worry about being alone again. Diana says 'So often the men who come to work with me are sent by their wives or partners as part of a last chance effort. But western culture does so little to enable men to express their feelings and emotions authentically and over the years bottling up hurt, trauma, anger or resentment can lead to men expressing themselves in ways that won't nurture or maintain a loving  relationship. Trying to control, blaming others and taking your anger out on furniture are not signs of emotional strength but often men feel conflicted when it comes to expressing themselves. Real men don't cry, right? Most of the men I work with just want to be heard and acknowledged. Together we work through the memories and beliefs to enable them to let go of the feelings and emotions that have built up. They feel calmer, wiser, more in control and able to make choices about their behaviour rather than constantly reacting. I believe you don't need to be a superhero to live an emotionally strong life. You just need emotional tools and the confidence to use them!'
