Description
Surviving: Then, and Now is a series where Kristy Jo, Mind and Body Strategist and founder of Power Your Life Life Today, interviews survivors of suicide attempts. The goal of this series is to present the world with more understanding, insight, and tools to prevent suicide. Part 2 features Julia Anonymous, whose name has been changed for anonymity. She has been married for 33 years, is a mother, a grandmother, and has joined me to share her story in the hopes it will help people talk about suicide more openly. She shares with us some insights that will provide us all with even greater perspective into being SO busy taking care of everyone else that we neglect taking care of ourselves. Join us for enlightening conversation, a new perspective, and insights that will help you to feel more clarity, compassion, empathy, and understanding for the world around you.   Want to get in touch with Kristy Jo?
