The hosts have experts to each topic and, while it’s not - and should not be - medical advice, it can give you insight into topics you might not have known to research or discuss with your care provider. One small gripe - ads are so frequent. I personally think it would make for easier listening if ads were clumped together rather than spread so frequently throughout. Overall this is great - keep it up!”
