I loved following Laura previously on social media and competed the pregnancy posse program with my son’s pregnancy. I find this podcast to be very one sided, rather than open to all types of pregnancy, birth and parenting. For example, the feeding mini series was all about breastfeeding and...Read full review »

Love the topics that this podcast covers. I found them super informative and helpful during my pregnancy, and love that they’re broken up into small episodes. My only feedback is that the intro’s are quite long and I find the intro song hard to listen to - I always skip to about the 3 minute...Read full review »

I really enjoyed the episodes on VBAC. I will say though, that I strongly disliked the song at the beginning of each episode and skipped it as fast as I could.

Mother of a little boy and I hope for him to have a sibling in a year or two! I really wish I had listened to this in my first pregnancy, so positive and unsightful particularly on topics of matrescence and labour. I will be approaching any future pregnancies, births and postpartums so differently!

Physio Laura’s podcast is a refreshing take on how to keep yourself physically and mentally well during pregnancy. It is highly informative but it feels like someone is chatting to you on the couch. Laura’s positivity really helps the mindset in preparing for a major life event. All guest...Read full review »

I found out at 28 weeks that I had a condition called oligohydramnios (meaning low fluid) and due to by bubs being breech and IUGR, that it is very very likely that I will be delivering via a cesarean section. Naturally, as a planner, I dove into research and reading about c-sections. Thankfully...Read full review »

I just listened to the first episode and I look forward to hearing the rest. I didn’t get my hands on Rhea’s book/s for my first pregnancy but I absolutely will for our second! Too often these days, the media portray childbirth as something to be feared, yet it is what our body is designed to do....Read full review »

I love listening to anything birth and baby and the topics Laura covers within this series give so much great information in such a positive encouraging way. Instead of listening to the radio on my one hour drive to town we chuck on a podcast and the kids all sing along to the little jingle, the...Read full review »

Such invaluable wisdom shared through this birth series. As a third time Mum it’s easy to think you know enough, but Rhea and Laura share such incredible understanding of the natural birth process that anyone would benefit from hearing this!

I just listened to part 1 of the birth with confidence series with Rhea. Wow! Loved hearing about the importance of Queen Oxytocin. I’m inspired to ensure I allow my body time to relax into the last trimester and hopefully allow baby to have her own birth date! Thanks Laura - loving this series...Read full review »

Hi! I think you may just need a few more opinions about breast feeding rather than just one. I was deeply hurt in episode 5 when Amberlie says that a formula feed at night can lead to Sids. Please reword how you say things Amberlie or Laura please put in more warnings. I can imagine a lot of mums...Read full review »
