“I like this podcast the most because I myself love to work out and trying to eat healthy. However, I was stressed from working and the post grad life sadness hit me. So I thought I was going to be good with just working out and not watching what I eat but I was wrong. I worked over night shifts and in the morning I would buy any food in site (unhealthy) because I was craving. I think the lack of sleep made it worse. When I stopped working overnights, my body could not rest at night for awhile because I was used to it. But, over time, I got better with adjusting. So now I focus on portion control and trying to eat more fresh food instead of fried and I drink a gallon of water like every other day”
