Where Fitness Meets Health
I like this podcast the most because I myself love to work out and trying to eat healthy. However, I was stressed from working and the post grad life sadness hit me. So I thought I was going to be good with just working out and not watching what I eat but I was wrong. I worked over night shifts and in the morning I would buy any food in site (unhealthy) because I was craving. I think the lack of sleep made it worse. When I stopped working overnights, my body could not rest at night for awhile because I was used to it. But, over time, I got better with adjusting. So now I focus on portion control and trying to eat more fresh food instead of fried and I drink a gallon of water like every other day

Thank you so much for this episode, I personally have to do a better job of being aware that I have loans from graduate school that is accruing interest as we speak. And this podcast just reminded me that it doesn’t take two heads to get them paid off.

Hey Dr Ruthie💕. I listened to the Doctor Nurse episode and I find that very relatable because I am a pediatric nurse also and I’m thinking about going back to get my NP. I loved hearing the struggles she faced and how she overcame each of them.
