The podcast we needed!
Dr. Arumala’s (voice and) delivery make her podcast so understandable. I love how she makes everything so basic and how she provides support and resources. I’ve heard of endometriosis but never knew what it was. Thank goodness I don’t suffer from it (and my heart goes out to those who do) but I learned about the signs of it and feel equipped to help a sister-friend who might confide in me about her pains. I love the tip about keeping a pain journal! As I’m getting older, the changes to my body can be concerning. Keeping a journal will help me when I talk to my doctor. This is the podcast that we needed!!

Hey Dr Ruthie💕. I listened to the Doctor Nurse episode and I find that very relatable because I am a pediatric nurse also and I’m thinking about going back to get my NP. I loved hearing the struggles she faced and how she overcame each of them.
