Why all the hate for this show?
I'm reading these reviews and thinking "why are people being so vindictive?" This show is fairly new and getting off the ground, so it hasn't perfected it's own formula. Nevertheless, it's good at this point and I think it will only get better. And sure, the comedy doesn't always work, but couldn't you say that for The Daily Show or The Colbert Report? (Hell, the comedy rarely ever works on Prairie Home Companion.) So let up, people. At least Fair Game is trying something new. Also, I think Faith Salie is an upcoming public radio star. She's got the voice, she's got the interviewing chops, and she can pull off a one-liner from time to time. Don't believe the haters, give this podcast a try and make-up your own minds.Read full review »

I appreciate the diversity of interview subjects. The humour can be fab or flop, depending on the night. But the presenter, Faith Salie, is bubbly and yet intelligent enough to ask interesting questions. Always interesting to hear the musical guests. I listen every day. I especially enjoy...Read full review »
