“I myself just started to live Primal at the beginning of 2015. As a personal trainer, I try to incorporate all the aspects of living healthy not only in my own life but those of my clients as well. However I still all too often see people with the attitude that they can improve their health just by training for a marathon. Having never been an endurance athlete myself I struggle with giving these clients/friends advice on how to tackle that goal. These podcasts are a great tool for anyone looking to improve their endurance training or someone who is just starting out. I think there needs to be a change in the way we "train" for most sports/activities, and there is some great info in these podcasts that can be applied across the board, not just to endurance athletes.”Read full review »
